This policy explains what information Vergoo collects when customers browse, create an account, or place an order.
Information we collect
We collect order contact details, shipping information, account email, cart and order activity, and site interaction data. Traffic records may include a first-party visitor and session identifier, connecting IP address, browser User-Agent and client hints, language, time zone, screen and viewport characteristics, device capabilities, referral and campaign data, country, and Cloudflare request metadata.
How we use information
Information is used to confirm inventory, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, distinguish customers from automated traffic and internal quality checks, investigate abuse, and improve problem guides and product recommendations. Raw IP addresses, browser metadata, and interaction logs are restricted to authorized operators and are not returned by public analytics summaries.
Transactional email activity
Order, account, shipping, and saved-checkout emails may record delivery, opening, and link-click events so we can diagnose failed messages, stop reminders after payment, and understand whether a saved checkout was recovered. These events are tied to the relevant order in a restricted operations timeline and are not used to expose contact or shipping details in public analytics.
Third-party services
Logistics providers, analytics tools, and payment processors may receive the minimum information needed to complete their part of the service.
Retention and customer choices
Raw IP addresses are retained only for the active security and analytics retention period, then removed through routine log cleanup. Customers can contact support to request account or order data review. Some data may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, or order records.
